We do have a Cleaning Proposal and Client Agreement that all potential clients fill out. The Cleaning Proposal lists some of our services that we offer and the Client Agreement stipulates our terms and conditions. Both documents must be signed and submitted to us along with a copy of all keys necessary to access the building and other such keys, prior to your first cleaning date.
